Founder and HR Advisor
With nearly two decades of experience, Laurie specializes in optimizing HR strategies that reduce organizational risk and strengthen teams.
A University of Michigan graduate with a focus on organizational behavior, Laurie was the first employee at Industrious, a leading coworking real estate firm, where she built their HR vertical from the ground up. Prior to launching Work2080, she was a Senior HR Consultant for a Bay Area firm, supporting tech startups, retail companies, and non-profits.
Through Work2080, Laurie demonstrates the value of investing in human capital by providing a high-touch approach as a trusted advisor to the clients she supports.
